Mums in Mind is a small, peer to peer support group for mums with babies under one who
are experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety and/or isolation. It meets at various locations in North Somerset.

NB: Due to current government guidelines during the Coronavirus outbreak our Mums in Mind Groups are no longer able to run.

We are still taking referrals for future groups and we are able to offer weekly phone calls to families in need of support during the interim.
