Ways2Work – Employment Support

We can provide a personalised programme of support anyone across North Somerset facing multiple or complex barriers to employment.

We will help you to improve your confidence and wellbeing; make new friends; introduce you to volunteering, training or courses that can help you to progress. We will run group activities and special events where you can meet employers to help you feel better prepared for work. We will provide access to computers and offer supported job search.

If you are over 15 years of age and/or; a person with caring responsibilities; homeless; an ex offender; in drug or alcohol recovery; have few or no qualifications; have family, parenting or relationship problems; have a health problem or disability; mental health; long term unemployed; or lack IT skills we could help.
